OmniVoice Terms of Use and Abuse Policy
This service provides text-to-speech for approved use cases. You are responsible for ensuring every request complies with your local laws and platform policies.
Clone Consent Rule
Voice cloning requests are allowed only with explicit permission from the voice owner. For clone mode, request
payload must include consent_confirmed=true.
Requests in clone mode without consent confirmation are blocked and written to the consent audit log.
Prohibited Use
- Impersonation without explicit permission from the voice owner.
- Scams, fraud, phishing, extortion, or social engineering.
- Illegal activity, threats, or violent content.
- Deceptive political or civic misinformation.
- Non-consensual explicit, sensitive, or harassing content.
Abuse Reporting and Takedown Process
Submit abuse reports to POST /api/compliance/abuse/report with at least:
subject(short incident title)description(what happened, when, and impact)
Optional evidence fields:
sample_text,sample_audio_url,evidence_url,requested_action
Initial triage target is within 24 hours. Remediation can include key suspension, request blocking, and asset takedown from distribution channels.
